    About Claire Thomas

    Howzit!? 🤙🏼

    I’m Claire, a certified personal trainer, nutrition coach & yoga teacher from Oregon. After my career as a Division 1 sprinter & heptathlete ended, my passion for sport transformed into something deeper: a love of movement in all its forms, & a calling to help others discover their own strength from the inside out. In 2017, during my senior year of college, I launched CPT Fit Co. What began as a side passion project has since grown into a global community whose bodies & lives have been transformed by the programs you’ll find here in this app. Along my journey, I’ve explored a variety of different training styles while traveling the world & living a nomadic lifestyle (including three years of van life), which taught me how important it is to make fitness not only effective, but also flexible, fun, & accessible, whether you’re moving with just your bodyweight, unrolling a yoga mat on the beach, or strength training in a fully equipped gym. Here, you’ll find programs that reflect this journey, functional cross training, kettlebell flows, home & gym workouts, running programs, follow along yoga & mobility & so much more. My goal for this app is not about chasing aesthetics… it’s about falling in love with the process of taking care of yourself. It’s about honoring the privilege of movement & building a body that carries you through life with ease & joy. I’m so grateful you’re here.     Frequently asked questions

    Do I need any equipment?
    No equipment required. All workouts in the Core Challenge Preview are bodyweight only. You can complete them at home, at the gym, or while traveling, wherever life takes you.
    How long are the workouts?
    The core workouts range from 5–15 minutes. The cardio workouts range from 10–25 minutes. They are designed to be quick, effective, and easy to fit into your schedule.
    What is the weekly split?
    Each week includes 3 Core Workouts + 2 High Intensity Cardio Sessions Simple. Structured. Effective.
    How do I incorporate this into my existing training plan?
    This program is designed to stack seamlessly onto your current training. You can add the workouts to the beginning or end of your main session each day. It pairs perfectly with strength training, hybrid training, or any structured program you are already following.
    What if I do not enjoy running or cannot run?
    No problem. You can swap any running intervals for another form of cardio such as Biking Rowing Swimming Jump rope Any cardio machine Simply match the time or interval structure using a movement that works best for you.
    How do I officially join the Core Challenge?
    You must be a member of the CPT Fit App to participate. Once you become a member, you can sign up inside the Core Challenge category in the app where you will find all the details and important information.
    Is this really for all levels?
    Yes. Whether you are just getting started or you have been training for years, these workouts are built to challenge you while allowing you to move at your own pace.
